Very ornate Victorian English sterling silver with green guilloche enamel on one side of the handle and solid silver on the other side magnifying glass. The handle has a beautiful collared neck with a curved thicker silver at the bottom of the handle with florals and feathers. The silver is hallmarked Sheffield 1901 with Robert Fead Mosley as the silversmith. I believe the glass has a magnification of 8X and is from a later date. The magnifying glass measures 5" long and the glass is 2" across. A beautiful one of a kind!
