Our current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks roughly, plus shipping time (this does not include weekends or holidays when they are listed) but, we do allow for some rush orders.. Just send us a email at (email@example.com) to make sure we can do the order in the time frame before adding the option to your cart at checkout! Turnaround times will vary during holidays.

We will be closed during these times. No emails or orders will be answered are processed. During this time it my push back out turnaround times!
Dec 18th -Jan 5th.. We will be closed. During this time we will not answer messages, emails or send any refunds. Please read our refund policy before ordering during these times. You will have a ship by date at the top corner of checkout menu(left hand side) before you purchase and on your invoice after you order! We will be sticking strictly to our refund policies!
What shipping method do you use ? top
I ship all packing through the USPS. If you would like it shipped through another company please let me know because there may be additional charges!
I ship all packing through the USPS, 1st class unless the package is more then 13 oz.. If you would like it shipped through another company, or upgrade shipping rate please let me know (there may be additional charges).
Please understand I cannot be held responsible for a package once it has left for shipping, you may purchase insurance at a additional charge.

All sales are final !!!
No refunds or exchanges due to the customization of the embroidery. If we have made an error in your item, please contact us and we will work with you to solve the problem.
If we are at fault for the error on the item and we cannot replace the mistake with a corrected piece, we will email you a return label for you to print and ship the item back to us. Label we print and email must be scanned in within (1) week from the date on the printed label through the post office and showing item in transit back to us for you to be able to receive the refund. If policy is is not adhered to that will forfeit your refund!

The Etsy store remains open all hours for convenience of ordering but, we will not respond to messages most times after 5:00 pm CST time. Please allow for a 24-48 hour email response except on weekends. Weekend emails will be responded to promptly on Monday

We most definitely do! Please sent us a Etsy conversation, or email us at (Tadpolesandtutus.firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will work with you to create the item you desire!
What is your Cancellation policy ?? top
Again, all sales are final!!
Cancellation Policy: Supplies for your custom items are bought promptly after your purchase. Therefore, cancellations and refunds can only be offered for up to 48 hours following the purchase of the item.
If supplies have already been purchased for your item and you decide to cancel after the 48 hour period, items will be subject to a $15 restocking fee per item (provided the order has not been completed). If the item/order has started processing, no cancellation will be allowed at this point.
Care Instructions ? top
All Monogram/Applique Items: We recommend our garments are hand washed and are laid flat to dry. If needed please press inside out with a cool iron.
All Watercolor/Heat press: Can be washed and dried on a regular wash, washing on high or really hot water will cause the transfer to peel or crack.
