Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges for items purchased through CordeliaClassics.com can be made for shop credit only. Exchanged items must be new and unworn. Exchanges are not accepted for items that have been personalized or monogrammed. There are no exchanges on spirit wear. Exchanges must be authorized by Cordelia Classics within 14 days of receiving merchandise. Please be aware exchanges are permitted for items purchased through CordeliaClassics.com only, and likewise exchanges will not be honored for items purchased in retail stores. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. In the event merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Cordelia Classics (email@example.com) immediately. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact Cordelia Classics directly.
