Vintage English ornate sterling silver photo frame for a 2" x 3" picture. The frame has an ornate curvy border with florals, vines, and leaves. It is hallmarked on the bottom London 1998 with G K & C K makers marks. The frame has a lovely dark blue velvet back. The outside of the frame measures 4.5" high and 3.5" wide. It has its own backstand and has glass. Just a gorgeous frame!
