Gorgeous Victorian ornate sterling silver blade and mother of pearl handle butter/fish knife. The silver is hallmarked Birmingham 1870 with J.G. silversmith. It has an etched design on one side of the blade and an ornate collar. The mother of pearl handle is beautiful and has a very minute hairline. The knife measures 7 5/8" long and 1" across at its widest. Just a gorgeous knife!
