Fabulous bronze statue of a winged nymph or cupid or an angel that dates to the Edwardian Era of 1901-1910. The bronze statue is perfectly balanced on one foot on a ball which is on a bronze pedestal. The nymph has long delicate wings, curly hair with a headband, and is naked except for a draped cloth. The statue measures about 13" high to the tip of the highest wing and 3.25" wide. The detail to the wings, face, and body is exceptional. There is a slight separation of the right back hand and the body---not sure what caused this. Just a wonderful piece. Would make a great gift for Valentine's Day!
