Great vintage french wine bottle rack carrier for 4 in green with a wooden handle. The wooden handle has a nice patina with faded red paint. The metal carrier of 4 has green faded paint and some rusting. It measures 15.5" high to the top of the handle and 8.5" wide. Dates to around the 1940's.
