Just gorgeous antique English botanical butterfly watercolor dating to around 1835. The colors are bright green, purples, blue, yellow, and brown and the details are wonderful. The frame is a heavy maple with an inner brass border. The painting measures about 8.25" square and has glass. I believe the frame is from a later date. Fabulous!
