Vintage Winsor chintz cake/serving plate in the beautiful pattern known as Rose Dubarry, Briar Rose, and Confetti. Many potteries used this same pattern. The handled plate measures 9" across and 8.25" high. The handles have nice embossing with gold accents. There are no chips or cracks and the gold accents are bright. It is marked Bone China Windsor Made in England.
