Gorgeous antique 19th C. georgian style silver-plate tea caddy box. The caddy rests on 4 balled feet with a single compartment. It has decorative engraving all around and on the hinged lid. The box measures 4.5" high, 4.5" long, and 3.5" wide. There are a few scratches and no dents. It is marked Wm Briggs & Co Sheffield 900. William Briggs was a renowned silversmith dating from 1875-1922. Wonderful piece of workmanship!
