Vintage James Kent chintz teapot in the very beautiful Du Barry pattern. The handle has a molded flower handle and the finial is shaped like a flower. There are no chips or cracks and the gold accents are bright. There is some crazing and discoloration. It holds 2 cups. The teapot measures 4.5" high to the top of the finial and 8" long from end of spout to end of handle. It is marked James Kent LTD Made in Great Britian Fenton Du Barry which is an older mark. A great addition to your collection!
