Found in Nice, France, this wonderful antique french Majolica Asparagus Cradle serving dish dating to the late 1800's. It has 2 sauce wells on the ends of the handles and has beautiful provence colors of greens, blues, reds, and browns. The serving platter measures 14.75" long, 9" wide, 3.5" high. There are no chips except for one little one on the back of the foot which cannot be seen from the front. There is a very tight hairline on one of the handles. There is overall heavy crazing and some discoloration. A great serving piece!
