Lovely ornate footed open sterling silver and cobalt blue glass liner salt cellar. The sterling silver has 4 feet and is hallmarked Chester 1913 George V. The glass can be removed and there are no chips or cracks. The cellar measures about 1.75" high, 2 5/8" long, and 1 5/8" wide.
