Very nice framed still life watercolor painting of poppies in a vase signed by the Englishman H.L. Brewer from the first half of the 20th Century. The frame is ornate, but does have chips and loss of painting. The frame measures 17" high and 13" wide and has glass. It has a hanger for easy hanging. A very nice painting!
