Vintage Paragon sugar bowl/cup in the beautiful green Rockingham pattern. There are 3 vignettes of flowers inside of the bowl and 3 on the outside. There are no chips or cracks and the gold accents are bright. It measures 2.5" high and 4.5" across at its widest. It is marked Paragon By Appointment Fine Bone China England REG'D Rockingham.
