Lovely vintage Shelley handled cake serving plate with black and white rope bows and pink roses. There are no chips or cracks. There is gold accent paint loss and one tiny spot of discoloration. The plate measures 9" x 8". The Shelley England backstamp is faded and the number 10886 is in gold.
