Vintage Shelley Hulmes Rose teacup and saucer with pale blue accents. The pink roses are lovely with blue and white flowers. The cup measures 2.5" high and 3.5" across. There are no chips or cracks. Both pieces are marked Fine Bone China Shelley England.
