Antique English sterling silver napkin ring with a cartouche with an ornate monogram A. It is hallmarked Birmingham 1936 with H C & S silversmiths. It measures 5/8" wide and 1 5/8" across. It weighs 10 grams. I could find no dents. A great addition to your collection!
