Gorgeous antique sterling silver engraved lid and star cut base glass vanity jar. The lid is hallmarked Chester 1916 and has a blank centered cartouche which can be personalized and engraved florals, leaves, and plumes. I could find no dents. The lid weighs 20 grams. The cut glass jar has the hobstars pattern. There are no chips or cracks. The jar measures 3" high and 2.5" across.
