Darling vintage James Kent child's tea set with fairies. The set consists of teapot, creamer, sugar cup, 2 teacups, and 2 saucers. The teapot says "Queen of the Fairies, Titania Rose, Scolding Two Elves, Who Look at their Toes on one side of the teapot and on the other side it says, "A Butterfly Wondering Where To Land, Came to rest on a Fairy's Hand. The cups have the same Titania Rose, but the saucers are different. One says, "The Butterfly Fairy is ever so shy, If even a bunny dares to Spy". And the other one says, "The Blue-bell Fairy went flying by, Chased by a bright-winged Butterfly". The creamer says, "Oh! Please Mr. Spider do let me go, I'm Fairy Forget - me - not you know". The set is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks except the creamer has a tiny nick on the spout. The gold accents are not faded and there is some crazing. Pieces are marked James Kent LTD Longton Made in England. Just a darling set!
