Beautiful miniature portrait of a lady with a lace collar and large medallion signed Douillard. The artist is French Alexis Douillard from 1835-1905. I think it was painted on Vellum. The frame is wood with a lovely border of gold and glass. The frame measures 4 5/8" x 4 7/8" and shows some wear. It has a leather lining on the back and has a hanger. Just beautiful!
