Beautiful vintage black hand painted tole tray with side handles. It measures 17.5" long and 13.5" wide. It has beautiful pink roses, blue and white flowers with gold accents. There is the original sticker on the back which says Art Gift Hand Painted Alcohol Resistant Phila., PA. A beautiful tray!
