Gorgeous sterling silver and tortoise shell with a pique silver design lid and cut glass ladies vanity jar. The pique silver has a bow and garland on top of an oval with another bow at the bottom. The tortoise shell has a decorative silver border around it. The lid is hallmarked London 1890. The cut glass has the hobnail pattern with a blank bottom. The jar measures 4 3/8" long and 1 3/8" wide at its widest. There are no chips or cracks to the glass. I could find no dents to the silver, but one end is curled down slightly. Just a beautiful jar!
