Antique large french standing altar cross with a porcelain base, bisque Jesus, and wooden cross. The base has a skull and crossed bones on the front and a snake around the top of the base. It has a few nicks on the front and chips and cracks on the back and sides. The bisque Jesus has wonderful details. There are some scratches and discoloration. There is a bisque scroll with INRI. on it nailed to the top of the cross. It measures 22.5" high, 7" wide, and 4.25" deep. I would date this to the early 1900's.
