Large antique sterling silver and horn handle magnifying glass. THe sterling silver is hallmarked around the collar and at the end of the handle Sheffield 1924 with Yates Bros. as the silversmiths. The horn is great with a wonderful patina. The magnifying glass is quite large measuring 11" long with the magnifying glass measuring 4" across and the handle 7" long. The magnifying glass itself is from a later date. I believe it is 8X magnification. This would make a wonderful gift!
