Wonderful condition antique Amish T pattern hand stitched quilt dating to 1897-1899. The fabrics for the blocks are beautiful and the border is a red calico. It measures 89" x 71" and is shown on a Queen size bed. There are a few tiny spots otherwise in great condition--thin batting. There's an outline of a hand on one of the blank squares that has the initials LBS April 97 and another one MMG May 99. I am assuming the first one hand pieced it together and the second one quilted. The quilting stitiches are tiny. Don't miss out on this great quilt.
