Rare German fairing dating to around 1880, with Little Red Riding Hood with her cape and basket and wolf dressing box with a mirror and a fire place. It measures 4.25" high, 2.25" deep, and 3" wide. There are no chips or cracks and there is fading of the gold accents. The Germans produced these to sell to Victorians at fairs, hence the name fairings. A one of a kind!
