Antique sterling silver band and mother of pearl handle magnifying glass hallmarked Sheffield 1889 with Cooper Brothers silversmiths. It measures 5.5" long with the magnifying glass itself measuring 2" across and is from a later date. I believe it has 5X magnification. I could find nothing wrong with it. This would make a great gift!
