It has a gorgeous bouquet of flowers in the center with roses, tulips, irises, and other flowers with 4 cartouches around the border with crosshatch and more gorgeous flowers. There are no chips or cracks and seems to have never been used. It is marked Schumann Bavaria Royal Dresdner Art Carl Schumann Germany. A great addition to your collection!
