Found in Nice, France, this beautiful watercolor seaside painting dating to around 1940's. The colors are gorgeous with blue-greens and yellow-oranges. It is signed V Nazeran. I could find nothing about the artist. The gilt frame is very ornate, but does have chips and some pieces missing. It measures 20.5" wide and 13.25" high. I added new glass and replaced the backing with acid free paper and new hanger. Just a fabulous one of a kind painting!
