Beautiful antique sterling silver lid and cut glass ladies vanity jar. The silver lid is hallmarked Chester 1908 with R P silversmiths. It is unusual in that the lid is half decorated with gorgeous leaves, scrolls, and geometric design and I presume the other half can be inscribed. There are a couple of minor dents. The glass has a hobnail cut design with a star base and there are no chips or cracks. The jar measures 2" high and 1.5" across. A beautiful jar!
