Vintage Royal Winton chintz 7" plate in the colorful Balmoral pattern. It has a black background with brilliant florals. This pattern was introduced in 1951. There are no chips or cracks and the gold rim is intact. It is marked "Balmoral" Royal Winton Made in England. A great addition to your collection!
