Vintage Royal Winton chintz 7" square plate in the very beautiful Victorian Rose pattern. There are no chips or cracks and the gold rim is bright. It does have very faint overall crazing. It is marked "Victorian Rose" Royal Winton Made in England Victorian Rose Can.RD.1953. A great addition to your collection!
