Antique sterling silver tea strainer with the markings of Whiting Manufacturing Co. from 1866-1926. It has no date marks which predates this to before 1905 when they were instituted. It has an elegant six sided beadwork and beadwork around the wooden turned handle. The tea strainer measures 7.75" long and 3.25" wide. It is monogramed on the back. The wooden handle has a great patina. Wonderful addition to your collection!
