Vintage Shelley sugar bowl/cup in the Wild Flowers pattern. It has a scalloped neck with blue rim. The cup measures 2.25" high and 3.75" across. There are no chips or cracks. It is marked Fine Bone China Shelley England. A great addition to your collection!
