Antique English watercolor painting of a butterfly on a flower dating to 1840. The colors are exquisite and the photograph does not do it justice. It is beautifully framed with an inner gilt border and I am not sure if it is original or not to the painting. The painting measures 10.5" x 9.25" and the frame does have some minor scratches. It has a hanger on the back for easy hanging. A gorgeous one of a kind!
