Gorgeous antique English pique sterling silver and tortoiseshell lid and star cut base glass ladies vanity jar. The sterling silver is hallmarked Birmingham 1923 and the pique is a wreath with 2 bows. The glass has a star cut base has an intricate design. The jar measures 2" high and about 3" across. I could find nothing wrong with it.
