Antique Dutch silver tea caddy spoon with a sailboat on the end of the spoon with a man holding an umbrella with 2 women in the scoop. The shaft is a chain design. The scoop and the sailboat have the "Roman Sword" mark for silver 833 minimum purity fineness used from 1906-1953. It has WD maker's marks on the bottom of the scoop. It measures about 4.25" long and the scoop itself is about 1.75" wide. It weighs 16 grams. Very fine indeed.
