Antique french gilt ormolu dish with glass inkwells, a handpainted porcelain oval dish and a bird perched on the top with 2 gilt chains in its beak linked to the lids of the glass inkwells. One glass inkwell is slightly larger than the other. A pocket watch can hang from the birds beak and depending on size can fit in the oval porcelain dish. The porcelain dish is handpainted with a pink border and beautiful florals. It can hold jewelry as well. The dish measures 4" high, 6.5" wide, and 2.75" wide. Some of the gilt has discolored and there are a few little nibbles to the glass, but otherwise in great condition for its age. Just a beautiful one of a kind!
